Triple R Developers cc, trading as Vesta Construction, is a close corporation founded and owned by Nico Els and Chris Ruytenberg. We have been operating in Port Elizabeth since 1994, starting of with low cost housing and steadily positioning ourselves in the formal housing sector. Because of the shortage of vacant erven, we found it necessary to develop our own land and have thus far completed numerous developments.
We acquire land, have it surveyed and rezoned to the appropriate zoning, sub-divide it into erven, design and install all services and construct the units, therefore providing a complete service with an in-house sales team that does our marketing and obtains the bonds for our clients. We are members of the MBA Membership no 4263 and the NHBRC Membership no 132. We have an excellent track record with all the major suppliers and financial institutions, are liquid and able to arrange development bond finance should it be required.

ABOUT THE MEMBERS:
Nico Els was born in Somerset East in 1953, he matriculated at Marlow Agricultural High School. Nico went on to obtain a Diploma in Education at the Oudtshoorn Educational College, thereafter he studied law in Bloemfontein. After acquiring Vesta Pre-Cast Walling, Nico diverted to construction and has been operating in the building industry since 1980 and has extensive practical experience in the industry as well as excellent managerial skills.
Chris Ruytenberg was born in Pretoria in 1965, he matriculated at Pearson High School in 1983. Chris went on to obtain a B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying in 1987. After four years with Ruytenberg, Luiting & Franken Quantity Surveyors, Chris branched into building and has since gained extensive experience within the industry.
